PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS

Participating providers are credentialed, private practice physicians, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies and more. These providers have agreed to give quality services to our members at a lower cost.  Click on participating providers to locate providers convenient to you, even before joining.   

If you know a provider not on our list, we can contact him or her about becoming a participating provider.  Because providers must meet a selective process, please be aware that the credentialing and qualifying period can take several months from start to finish.  Please click here to submit the name of your provider.
